This is an authentic German restaurant that hubby has been coming to for many years. He was brought here by German friends who consider the food as very authentic. We had the Jagerschnitzel and the Bratwurst dinners. The portions were huge and we had enough leftover for lunch the next day. They give you two very large pieces of Jagerschnitzel, which is breaded pork with mushroom gravy. The sides are what you would expect in a German restaurant - spaetzel, purple cabbage and a potato dish, often potato salad. The service was excellent and parking is ample in their own lot.

My third time at this establishment, and I must say it never disappoints. This time, I had bratwurst--two delicious sausages, potato salad, mustard, and pickled cabbage (European Kimchi, aka Sauerkraut). It also comes with a side of soup, all for $26. Sounds like a good deal to me for a dinner arrangement. My server, Jana, was super nice, attentive, and efficient. The ambiance reminds you of Prague and Budapest restaurants. Overall, I give it 5 stars, and I will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

I was here celebrating a birthday for a friend. And man, I will say this place is literally a hole-in-the-wall. Located in the shopping plaza across of Grocery Outlet, there is ample amounts of parking around here. Inside is rather simple and small restaurant, with I would say housing no more then 30 guests at the most. However, this place was one of the best combination of food and service I have had in a while. Our waitress, Monika, is a gem. She was super patient and courteous to our party of 8. She explained the entire menu to us and gave us recommending for both alcohol and food. She checked in on us from time to time throughout our meal, so I thoroughly enjoyed that. Heck, we were even allowed to stay a bit after regular closing to finish our meal and conversation. She was so pleasant to talk with and I know two of the people at our table that spoke beginner level German enjoyed talking with her as well. House Salad: You get a choice of salad or soup with your entree. I opted for the salad since my entree was on the heartier side. The salad had a nice mix of greens and other veggies such as pickled cabbage, tomatoes and olives. Their dill ranch dressing was also delicious and felt light. It was a nice accompaniment to the dish. Czech Svitchkova: I love this dish. You get two beef sirloins smothered in their creamy sauce. The sauce was both sweet and tart, reminiscent of honey mustard (closest thing I can think of). It paired well with the spaetzle and the cute little dollop of cranberry and whipped cream. The beef was cooked nicely and it felt like a complete entree to me. The plus was the free bread, which I dipped my sauce to and devoured. Overall, I really enjoyed the is place. Never would I thought of trying this place on my own, but I can see myself returning back for more. Great service and great food, I highly recommend this place.
